Hey sm@rty,

Today I'm going to tell you about good diet for your good health. Sm@rties as you know that we live in a world where, everyone wants to rule or suppress others to live a happy life.
                  So, I want to tell you or trying to figure the real world infront of you.
A person makes a public statement or does something that is seen as a threat to the powerful interest group. The group most commonly is a government, industry or profession, but could be, for example, a trade union, church or environmental organisation.
As a result, action is taken in an attempt to stop or penalise the person or activity.
    
 Even our goverment officials also misuses their position and power.


 So, friends we have to take steps on it. Then only we are able to walk against him alone. Because there is very few people who helps you in your matter. 

 For this we have to do these things :


Have a good diet daily- 


Find out how much carbohydrate, protein and fat you should be eating and when. Choose wisely for a healthy diet that keeps you full around the clock.
